Our Policies
Services of Natural Breed Kennels Resort
Payment for Services.
1. Owner will pay in full all charges for all Services provided by Natural Breed Kennels Resort on the end of each visit. Natural Breed Kennels will also have the right to require that Owner provide a deposit or pay in advance for any services.
2. If Owner fails to pick up the Pet on its scheduled checkout date, Natural Breed Kennels Resort may, at its option, continue to provide to the Pet any or all the Services and Owner will be obligated for the payment of those Services at the then-current rates of resort rates.
3. Owner authorizes Natural Breed Kennels Resort to charge any credit card of Owner on file with Natural Breed Kennels Resort for any Charges not paid by Owner when due.
Owner’s Warranties and Representations.
Owner warrants and represents to Natural Breed Kennels Resort that:
1. Owner is the sole owner of the Pet, free and clear of any claim, lien or encumbrance, and has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement.
2. All information provided by Owner regarding the Pet is accurate and complete, and Owner has fully disclosed to Natural Breed Kennels any pre-existing illnesses, injuries or and behavioral problems or conditions regarding the Pet.
3. The Pet has not been exposed to rabies, distemper, parvovirus, upper respiratory infection or any other contagious disease within the thirty (30) days immediately prior to each stay at a Resort.
4. Each of Owner’s warranties and representations will be true and correct during all current and future visits by the Pet to any Facility.
Pet Health Services.
1. If Natural Breed Kennels Resort, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines that the Pet requires any medical treatment (including surgery or anesthesia), hospitalization, care or attention while in its care, Natural Breed Kennels Resort will be authorized to provide, or engage any veterinarian to provide, and to transport the Pet if necessary to obtain, such Medical Services. Owner will pay all Charges for such Medical Services and transportation immediately upon the request of our resort, but in any event not later than the end of the Pet’s visit. Owner also authorizes Natural Breed Kennels Resort to immediately charge any credit card of Owner on file with it for any Charges for such Medical Services and transportation.
2. If Natural Breed Kennels Resort determines that the Pet was brought to a Facility infested with fleas, ticks, or other parasites, our resort may provide to the Pet any medication, bath or other necessary treatment and Owner will pay all Charges regarding such medication, baths or treatment.
Emergency Situations.
In the event of a storm, flood, other natural disaster or other emergency that affects the ability of Natural Breed Kennels Resort to fully and safely operate a Facility, we will attempt to contact Owner to pick up its Pet from the Facility. If (a) Natural Breed Kennels Resort contacts Owner and Owner fails to immediately pick up the Pet, (b) Natural Breed Kennels Resort attempts to but is unable to contact Owner, or (c) Natural Breed Kennels Resort determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that due to the emergency nature of the situation, there is not sufficient time to contact Owner or provide Owner an opportunity to pick up the Pet, our resort will have the right, but not the obligation, to relocate the Pet to another Facility or other location. In such event, Owner will be obligated to pay Natural Breed Kennels for all charges associated with the transportation of the Pet and the Services provided to the Pet at the other Facility or location.
Abandoned Pets.
1. If Owner has not picked up the Pet within five (5) days of its scheduled checkout date, Natural Breed Kennels may send to Owner a written notice, by regular United States Mail to the most current address of Owner on file with our resort, requiring that Owner pick up the Pet from the Facility within ten (10) days of the date of such notice and pay all outstanding Charges owed to Natural Breed Kennels Resort.
2. If Owner fails to pick up the Pet and Pay all outstanding charges as required in the notice, the Pet will be deemed to be an and Owner will have no further ownership right or claim regarding the Pet.
3. Natural Breed Kennels Resort may, at its option, place any Abandoned Pet with any humane society, animal rescue group, or permit any person selected by Natural Breed Kennels Resort, in its sole discretion, to adopt the Abandoned Pet.
4. Owner hereby waives any statutory right to notice, or other rights of Owner regarding any Abandoned Pet provided under applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Natural Breed Kennels may, at its option, exercise any rights and remedies regarding any Abandoned Pet provided under applicable law in addition to or in lieu of its rights and remedies under this Agreement.
5. No actions of Natural Breed Kennels Resort regarding any Abandoned Pet will relieve Owner of any liability for any outstanding Charges owed to Natural Breed Kennels Resort regarding the Abandoned Pet.
Behavior and Injury
I recognize the risk of illness or injury when dealing with animals. Such risk includes, but not limited to injury resulting from rough play, kennel cough, hot spots, and allergies.
I understand and agree the Natural Breed kennels Resort will not be liable for problems, damage, or injury caused by my dog when reasonable care and precautions are followed by the staff. I understand that Natural breed Kennels is fully insured. I release Natural Breed Kennels of any liability arising from my dog’s attendance and participation at our resorts. I understand that when dogs play in groups injury can occur. If a non-serious injury occurs, the staff will wait until the end of the business day or when the dog is picked up. However, if the injury is serious, you will be notified immediately.
I understand that I am responsible for any harm caused by my dog while my dog is attending Natural breed kennels Resort. I shall indemnify Natural Breed Kennels against any claims made against the corporation or losses or damages of any kind that we will incur as a result to inform Natural Breed Kennels of any pre-existing conditions the dogs may have. I understand and agree that in admitting my dog to Natural Breed kennels Resorts the staff has relied on my honesty that my dog is in good health and has not shown aggressive behavior towards any person or dog.
I, as the owner, agree to be solely responsible for all acts and behavior while in the care of Natural breed Kennels. If my pet should become ill, Natural Breed Kennels reserves the right to administer aid and/or take the dog to an available veterinarian for care. I, the owner, shall pay any incurred expenses.
Photographic and Video Release.
Owner grants to Natural Breed Kennels Resort, its agents, and licensees, and any news agencies authorized by our resort, the right and license, without payment of any royalty or other compensation, to photograph, videotape or record, by any means and in any medium, the Pet’s image, likeness, sound and voice, and to publish, copyright, use or alter any images, likenesses or recordings of the Pet (with or without the name of the Pet or any fictitious name), for any commercial, educational, charitable or other lawful purposes, without any consent or approval of Owner.
Sales and Cancelation Agreement
We are committed to providing high-quality services and exceptional care for every dog entrusted to us. To maintain fairness, scheduling availability, and operational consistency, we require all clients to agree to the following terms when purchasing any service package:
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made for any service, package, training program, grooming service, boarding stay, or add-on option are non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Non-Transferable Packages
Purchased packages may not be transferred or gifted to another client, dog, or household without written approval from management.
3. No Refunds for Unused Sessions
Any unused sessions, days, credits, or services within a package are forfeited if the client chooses to discontinue services.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule individual appointments within the guidelines of our regular cancellation policy; however, doing so does not extend the expiration date of the package.
5. Illness or Emergency
In the event of a dog illness, injury, or personal emergency, we may offer a service credit at management’s discretion. This is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund.
6. Agreement to Policies
By purchasing a package or service, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by all kennel policies, including health requirements, behavior standards, and safety protocols.
7. Daycamp & Daycamp + Training Cancellation Policy
If a client is scheduled for daycamp or daycamp & training and does not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, a credit from the purchased package will automatically be used for that day.
No exceptions will be made, as a spot is reserved specifically for your dog.
8. Boarding Cancellation Policy
Boarding reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
If cancellation is not made within 72 hours of the scheduled drop-off time, the deposit will be forfeited.
9. Grooming Cancellation Policy
Grooming appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours or the appointment is missed, the deposit may be forfeited.
This ensures that groomers’ schedules are respected and that appointment slots can be offered to other clients.
Methods of Agreement
Execution and/or delivery of this Agreement by electronic signature, facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic device or means shall constitute good and valid execution and delivery of this Agreement. An executed facsimile, photocopy or electronic copy of this Agreement will have the same force and effect as the original for all purposes and will be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding.
